How can I pay?

We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cheque. You can select the payment method you prefer at the final checkout stage.

 

My online payment has been refused. What should I do?

If you are unable to complete your transaction after two attempts, you may have exceeded your authorized limit.

We suggest you try another payment method, such as PayPal or bank transfer. If these alternatives do not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us. For immediate assistance, you can reach us by telephone on 02038 087 274 from Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm. Or, if you prefer, use our online forms for email assistance. These are designed to give you a quick and convenient way to get the help you need.

 

I'd like an invoice

As soon as your order has been dispatched, your invoice is available in your customer area. You can download it as many times as you like:

  • Click on "Account" then "My purchases" to find the order concerned
  • Click on the order and then on the "My invoice" button.
  • If your invoice is available: it will appear in PDF format

 

Validate a quote

A payment link is included in the quotation e-mail we sent you. Simply click on this link to open the payment interface (payment by credit card or paypal possible) and transform your quote into an order.

  • If you prefer to pay by bank transfer or cheque, you'll find our contact details at the bottom left of your quote.
  • If your quotation has been published in your customer area, you can log in to retrieve it in "My quotations", which will enable you to place an order.

If you don't know your login details, you can retrieve them by clicking on "Forgotten password", or contact us on 02038 087 274 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm) to enable us to send you a direct payment link, usable by all current payment methods (credit cards, PayPal).
