How can I complete, modify or cancel my order?

To ensure delivery as quickly as possible, your order is sent for preparation as soon as it has been validated.

How can I track my order?

Information about the progress of your order is available and sent to you by e-mail as soon as your parcel has been dispatched:

• The name of the carrier
• Parcel tracking
• Estimated delivery date

Don't forget to check your junk mail regularly, as the e-mail may have slipped through! You can also contact our customer service department by telephone on  02038 087 274 (available Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm), providing your customer number and order number. You can also contact customer service email, with the heading "Order tracking" and your order number.

I wish to consult my order history

You can consult your order history on the 123Bearing.co.uk website at any time. All you have to do is identify yourself by clicking on the "My account" link visible in the top right-hand corner of every page on the 123Roulement.com website. Once logged in and identified, you can click on the "My orders" tab, located in the left-hand column of your customer area. This will allow you to consult the list of your orders, to search for a particular order, to view the details of each order, and to download the invoice if required. If you would like further information about an order that has already been delivered or is in the process of being delivered, please do not hesitate to contact our advisers on 02038 087 274, Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm.

What payment methods are available for online orders?

You can make your purchases on 123Bearing.co.uk using the following payment methods:

• Credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa or Mastercard)
• Bank transfer - PayPal
• Bank or postal cheque

In all cases, your order will only be processed once 123Bearing has received and validated your payment. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you to inform you of your order reference number, which you should keep in a safe place. Delivery times do not start until your order has been validated.
